SIS has joined forces with Academy, a leading provider of technology training programmes, to create the SIS Academy, which will provide opportunities for people looking to pursue a career in technology.
A pioneering fully funded technical training programme; the SIS Academy offers an immersive 15-week course taught by expert instructors.
The partnership with Academy is SIS’s latest step in ensuring highly skilled people continue to enhance the company’s products and services.
Academy offers full-time, hybrid, tailored to individual company needs immersive training programmes in technology. Throughout the course, applicants will experience a unique blend of self-directed learning, team projects, peer coaching, and faculty support.

Six weeks of foundational training will start in March 2024, followed by 15 weeks of full-time training starting in May 2024.
On successful completion of the programme, candidates will move into their chosen role of Software Engineer, Software QA, or Business Analyst with more opportunities for growth and career development available.
Everyone is welcome to apply, with the SIS Academy looking for individuals from a non-software engineering or computer science background.
Candidates must already be eligible to work in the UK and be willing to work from SIS’ Milton Keynes office two to three times per week once they enter their full-time role.
