On Tuesday, 2nd December, we were proud to attend The Princess Royal Training Awards, the UK and Ireland’s premier programme for recognising outstanding achievements in training and development. The ceremony took place in the historic Fishmongers’ Hall in London, where we received this prestigious award from Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal, President of the City & Guilds Foundation.
This accolade recognises the exceptional quality of training and skills development delivered through our Leadership programme, launched in 2019. The programme was designed to empower colleagues with the tools, confidence, and mindset to lead effectively in a rapidly evolving industry.
The Princess Royal Training Awards celebrate the critical importance of skills training and the value it brings to individuals and organisations alike. The 2025 award recipients represented a diverse range of sectors, each sharing inspiring stories of commitment to learning and development.
This achievement reflects the dedication of everyone involved in the Leadership programme, from the 46 colleagues who graduated, to the line managers who provided guidance and mentoring, and the teams who collaborated to design and deliver the experience. It is a true testament to the growth mindset embraced across our organisation.
Our programme combines strengths-based leadership masterclasses, external coaching, and access to worldclass learning resources. Working with partners such as Co-Creation, London Business Forum, LinkedIn Learning, and Inclusive Employers, we have created a dynamic learning journey that equips participants with practical skills and fresh perspectives.
