Richard Ames

Richard joined SIS in October 2016 as Interim Product Director before being made CEO in June 2017. He has responsibility for the whole SIS group including SIS Ltd and SIS Content Services.

He has held a number of senior leadership roles within betting and gaming, electronics and retail industries. Most recently as CEO at Hornby PLC, and 8 years prior in various senior leadership roles at Ladbrokes.

Nigel Stocks

Nigel joined SIS in August 2015 as CFO and plays a key role in the strategic direction of the company alongside the CEO.

He has wide experience of leading business growth and international expansion after a career of more than 25 years in leisure, hospitality, business services and pharmaceuticals.

Most recently, Nigel was Group CFO for Jatomi Fitness, the largest operator of health clubs in central and eastern Europe and oversaw significant expansion across that zone and into Asia.

Paul Witten

Paul, who joined SIS in August 2014, is responsible for overseeing the commercial function which includes  Sales, Customer Services and Marketing.

Before joining SIS he worked for German lottery provider Tipp24, where he developed key global relationships, particularly in the public sector.

Paul has more than 20 years’ experience in betting and gaming. He held eCommerce, mobile and eGaming roles at Ladbrokes and was Director of Football at Betfair.

Michele Fischer

Michele Fischer is Vice President of SIS Content Services, which is the SIS United States entity established in 2021. Michele was a consultant for SIS prior to the formation of the US corporation. Beyond the focus of fixed odds products to sports books, she also oversees our global pari-mutuel simulcast products, including the $20million Saudi Cup.

In 2018, Michele founded Darting Star LLC, a consulting firm specializing in horse racing. Darting Star’s clients include, Hong Kong Jockey Club and Duralock Performance Fencing. Prior to Darting Star, Michele was Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Sportech Racing.

Michele is the third generation of her family to work in horse racing and stays actively involved in many aspects of the sport. When not at a racetrack, Michele enjoys horseback riding, plays squash and collects art. Being located in Kentucky, she is a college basketball fan, supporting her alma mater, University of Louisville.

 

 

Holly Holman

Holly joined SIS in 2024 and holds the responsibility for Facilities, Health & Safety and the entire HR function as HR Director.

Holly has a diverse HR career, spanning across sectors including media, influencer marketing, manufacturing, production, and more recently, computer gaming.

Holly has a wealth of experience having held HR roles with start-ups, family-run, privately owned, and private equity-backed companies and has led people functions during periods of growth, turnaround, and transformations, implementing new ways of working and challenging the status quo.

Julian Wheeler

Julian Wheeler is the Chief Technology Officer of SIS, responsible for leading the delivery of the company’s technology programmes across its 24/7 live betting services.

He has over 20 years’ experience within broadcasting and technology product development, previously holding senior positions across global brands including BT and Sky.

 

 

Andy Purkiss

Andy joined SIS in April 2015 as Head of Production Operations and joined the Senior Management team in Nov 2016 where he is responsible for the data and production workflow to our retail betting customers. Andy has been responsible for the roll out of our new innovative Complex Automated Production Service which has opened up new opportunities for the business.

Andy has had a long and varied career in broadcast media, covering live sport and news as well as entertainment and movies, in companies such as EMI, Virgin, BSkyB, Turner Broadcasting and Viacom.

Andrew Graham

Andrew Graham became Head of Legal at SIS in November 2016.

As part of the SIS Executive Team, Andrew is responsible for supporting all of SIS’ commercial activities from a legal perspective, as well as working closing with the General Counsel in regard to corporate governance and competition issues.

Andrew joined the company after more than 15 years in senior legal in-house roles within the digital music and telecoms industries with Omnifone and Vodafone, where he was involved in abroad range of issues including a focus on securing digital rights for new media services.

Andrew follows most sports, with a particular passion for rugby, cricket and golf. He holds a degree in Classics from Cambridge.

Helen Ridley

Helen, originally joined SIS in April 2015, as a Digital Sales Manager before being promoted to Head of Sales (UK & Europe) in 2022 and most recently to Head of Customer Growth in 2024. She is responsible for overseeing all of SIS’s major accounts.

Helen is a lifelong Manchester United fan and an avid follower cricket. Her favourite sporting moment apart from ’99 in camo nou was at Eden Park in Auckland, where she took a young boy from the Make A Wish Foundation to meet the All Blacks – they were taken out to the middle of the park to face the Haka during a training session, Goosebump moment..

Jake Nowry

Jake joined SIS Content Services Inc (SIS’ US subsidiary) as Sales & Business Development Manager, in October 2022. Based in Louisville, Kentucky, he has industry experience working at pari-mutuel betting solutions provider Sportech Racing, LLC, and a B2B platform provider GAN (Game Account Network).

At SIS, Jake is responsible for driving business growth in the expanding US betting market.

Jake is a big sports and horse racing fan, especially ice hockey. He supports his hometown team, The Chicago Blackhawks and plays semi-professionally in Israel every year.

 

 

Joe Andrews

Joe joined SIS in April 2018. Prior to joining SIS Joe worked for 8 years at At The Races where he was responsible for selling all digital streaming rights and marketing opportunities to both new and existing customers.

Joe looks after customers in Caribbean, Curacao, Asia, Africa, Philippines, and Gibraltar.

Joe is a huge horse racing and greyhound fan, and also suffers by supporting his local rugby and cricket teams, the Worcester Warriors and Worcestershire CCC. He is also an avid boxing follower.

 

Nigel Boardman

Nigel has worked for SIS in two spells spanning more than 20 years. He rejoined the company in 2007 and is now responsible for managing key partners, including bet365, William Hill, Ladbrokes and Coral, as well as a number of major independent bookmakers.

He has a wealth of experience in the betting industry, which began 40 years ago as a Saturday cashier and board marker for Ladbrokes.

Nigel is a huge West Ham United fan but lists his greatest sporting moment as Super Saturday at the London Olympics in 2012.

Oscar Murueta Gonzalez

Oscar joined SIS in March 2022. Prior to joining SIS, Oscar spent 7 years with Codere, with his main responsibilities being the business development of the Mexican, LATAM, and Spanish markets in the online industry.

He was responsible for the sponsorship activations in digital channels between Codere and Real Madrid and NBA, and other sports properties.

Oscar looks after our customers across the LATAM territories.

Oscar is a passionate football fan and always supports his local team in Mexico, Leon FC, attending games on a weekly basis. Additionally, he is a Marathon Runner and soon will be taking the challenge to run ultra distances very soon. A curious mix between “Chicharito” and Kipchoge.

 

 

Angel Calderon

Angel joined SIS after a successful 11-year stint at the Madrid-based global gaming group Codere, where he acquired a wealth of expertise in B2B business development across Operations, Commercial Sales and Marketing.

In his role as Head of Sales (LatAm and Iberia), based in Madrid, Angel is responsible for driving the growth of SIS’s presence in Spanish speaking markets both online and in retail.

 

 

Rachel O’Reilly

Rachel has almost 30 years’ experience in the betting and media industries and has worked for SIS for more than 29 years in two spells, the first beginning almost at the start of the business in 1987.

She re-joined in 2003 and is responsible for managing our key partners in Ireland: Paddy Power, Boylesports and major Irish independent bookmakers.

Rachel follows Manchester United but is more of a rugby fan, supporting Leinster and Ireland.

She has enjoyed the horse racing success of Willie Mullins and Ruby Walsh but her greatest sporting moment was Ireland’s Grand Slam win in 2009.

Harry Heynes 

Harry joined SIS in January 2025 as Head of New Business. Prior to joining SIS, he held key commercial roles at Inspired and DraftKings, where he was instrumental in driving growth and forging strategic partnerships.

With over a decade of experience spanning the sports betting, iGaming, and payments sectors, Harry leads the team with a deep industry insight and a proven track record in both B2B and B2C environments.

Harry leads the EMEA new business sales team, focusing on building new partnerships with operators and distribution partners. His role involves navigating complex sales cycles, developing a high-performing team and fostering a strong, collaborative culture.

A passionate sports fan, Harry supports West Ham and closely follows boxers Oleksandr Usyk, Moses Itauma and Dmitry Bivol.

 

 

Matt Smith 

Matt Smith joined the team in December 2024, bringing with him over 10 years of industry experience in the sports betting and gaming sector. Prior to SIS, he held a senior role at Sporting Group, where he played a key role in relationship management and account growth.

In his role, Matt is responsible for expanding our existing portfolio across all SIS verticals. He manages our relationships with key betting operator accounts from across the globe.

A passionate sports enthusiast, Matt enjoys watching horse racing and Formula 1, and spends his weekends playing football and golf. A lifelong Wigan Athletic supporter, Matt

 

 

Mark Allison 

Mark Allison joined SIS in January 2025 as Commercial Partnerships Manager. His primary responsibility is managing the wide range of partnerships SIS has with various platform partners

Mark brings extensive UK and international experience in gaming, covering B2B, B2C, and tech-led sectors with 30+ years of industry experience.

A lifelong Celtic fan, he also enjoys cycling, golf, baseball and horse racing.

He has enjoyed many great days at Epsom, Newmarket & Cheltenham but one standout day was spending the afternoon at the US Open Golf in Seattle in June 2015, followed by watching the Mariners beat the San Francisco Giants that evening.
