We are pleased to have been shortlisted in three categories at the upcoming SBC Awards 2024.
The last 12 months saw several new and extended commercial partnerships, platform deals and geographical expansion of our core products. We are pleased that the judging panel has recognised our efforts ahead of awards night on 26th September at the MEO Arena in Lisbon, with the Portuguese capital hosting this year’s event for the first time.
The SBC Awards recognises the achievements of suppliers from across all the major iGaming disciplines. Our progress has seen us shortlisted in the following categories for the second consecutive year:
- Esports Supplier of the Year
- Land Based Betting & Gaming Product
- Live Betting Product
These nominations reflect another year of continued progress for SIS, which saw rapid growth of our Competitive Gaming product in the US, launching with bet365 in three new states. We also struck key platform partnerships with Genius Sports and Playtech to facilitate integrations of our esports portfolio with operators across the globe.
Our Live Racing Content was enhanced by more than 450 additional horse races from Spain, 1,135 contests from Saudi Arabia and over 700 races from Malaysia, taking our number of annual races distributed to our global partners across both horse and greyhound races to over 60,000.
Our continued commitment to geographical expansion was also illustrated through a deal with Aardvark Technologies to offer our products across both retail and online channels in Africa.
Paul Witten, Managing Director, EMEA at SIS, said:
“We are very pleased to be shortlisted in three key categories that showcases the strength, performance and diversity of our products. The teams work tirelessly to deliver special wagering experiences that resonates with a global audience and this recognition is down to their passion and hard work.
“We are excited to travel to Lisbon as the city hosts the awards for the first time in what should be a memorable night and we extend our congratulations to all of the companies that have been shortlisted.”
