New “Lo- call” Number
As you may recall we have recently been asking for you for feedback on the services we provide to our customers. There was one area that a few of you asked us to look into, providing a “lo-call” number when contacting us from both landlines and mobile phones.
We have listened and are pleased to announce that customers can now call our new 0345 7 400 400 number, which will shortly replace the existing number, 0845 7 400 400. For the time being both numbers will be available for customers to use.
We will be contacting you all shortly to advise on the end date of the 0845 7 400 400 number. In the meantime, we will be sending out a ‘postcard’ to each of your shops with the new phone number information so each of your Managers will be aware of the change and will be able to place it somewhere visible so staff can get in touch if they need to.
Customers based in Ireland should continue to use the existing 01 639 8330 number to access all of the services.
Calls from landlines – Included in any applicable call packages, otherwise standard call rates apply
Calls from mobiles – Included in talktime and bundled minutes, otherwise standard landlines rates apply
