Making the shortlist
9th November 2016 - SIS
SIS has been shortlisted for two coveted industry awards in a sign of the company’s commitment to innovation and delivering products and services of the highest quality to its customers.
The awards, organised by SBC, are an annual celebration of the best the industry has to offer, with the winners revealed at a glittering ceremony held in early December at Chelsea FC’s home, Stamford Bridge.
New to market, SIS Infinite Games was recognised by the judging panel as one of the best new virtual sports products.
SIS Infinite Games are the first on-demand racing games to hit the market and offer up to six times as many betting opportunities than traditional virtuals. Built in HTML5, the games can be played on any device, even those with low data bandwidths.
Also shortlisted by SBC was SIS’ innovative delivery system IPTV, which lines up alongside strong competition in the best retail betting product category.
SIS Stream IPTV can deliver content anywhere in the world and gives bookmakers the opportunity to customise what content is displayed to their customers – even down to individual screens.
Paul Witten, Commercial Director at SIS, said: “We’re delighted to be shortlisted for two SBC Awards, which is a ringing endorsement of all the hard work we’ve put into our products and services over the past year.
“SIS Infinite Games and SIS Stream IPTV are truly innovative products and will change the way the industry thinks about virtuals and content distribution. It’s a tremendously exciting time for the company and we are looking forward to continue our success in 2017.”
