CUSTOMER FOCUS Take the old-fashioned charm of a traditional betting shop, add a dash of Conran style and the welcoming vibe of a gastro pub – and you have the winning formula that is Roar! betting. The small chain of north-west London betting shops has been quietly establishing itself as a favourite with punters since the first shop opened in 2007. Roar!’s unique identity, not to mention the strong evocative name, was recognised in the Betview Awards earlier this month, when the company was named as Independent Outlet of the Year.
