SIS has finalised its plans for the Jubilee holiday weekend at the start of June. The FACTS service will run from 10.00 to 21.30 on both Monday and Tuesday, June 4-5. First race is 11.03 and last race 21.22 on both days.

Customers can also keep in touch by using SIS’ new interactive programme Scheduler for its LBO channels. The Scheduler runs 28 days in advance covering the three main SIS channels – FACTS, SIS+ and international channel, SIS2, with the running order for the Virtual Betting Channel available to download and view.

“The Scheduler is proving a vital tool for busy betting shop customers who need to plan ahead regarding staffing and opening times,” said Brent Dolan, Director of Operations. “Customers can view first and last race times, which is particularly useful when it comes to bank holidays.

“Punters can use it to see what meetings are on if they wish to visit a shop to bet and watch. It also offers potential subscribers, interested in taking an SIS service the opportunity to see what our services offer – the amount of content, number of betting opportunities etc.

“It’s part of an ongoing programme on our part to interact with customers and give them as much information into SIS activities as possible. With the Scheduler and the weekly newsletter, plus other initiatives like our website, Twitter feed and forums, we hope customers are recognising that.”
