Following the relocation to MediaCityUK, SIS has expanded and simplified its Customer Services operation to incorporate the Help Desk and Customer Relations.
This will mean some changes to the current operation, with the aim to ensure a more efficient process, with a single point of contact, and a quicker response to customer queries.
From October 1, the 01908 numbers will be replaced and all calls will go through to the existing 08457 400 400 number. In the Republic of Ireland, the number will remain the same – 016398330.
The revamped operation will also mean a change in hours. The support desk will be available seven days a week, from 09.00-18.00. However, due to a drop in demand for the Sunday engineer call-out service, this will be phased out.
Helen Scott, Customer Services Manager, SIS Betting, said: “The changes will allow us to give increased focus to customer queries by giving them a single point of contact and a more joined-up operation. It will also help us to better evaluate service levels. As ever, we’d welcome feedback from our customers.”
The changes come into effect from October 1, 2012.
