Kickoff, the interactive hosted football predictor and form-guide, has been taken up by two leading bookmakers online to help drive in-running betting.

Kickoff, marketed by SIS in conjunction with statistics experts, Sidan Media, has gone live on both Betfred.com and StanJames.com.

The product was launched at the start of the football season, and uses the Official Feed from SIS, the exclusive distributor of football data from the English and Scottish leagues. Initially, Kickoff was focused on the ante-post product market, with immediate success, but recently was expanded to provide match analysis and probability outcomes, during games.

Dominic Atkinson, Head of Business, SIS, said: “When we first launched Kickoff with Sidan as an ante-post product, there was a lot of interest as it allowed punters to drill down by league, match or team to find scoring trends and patterns. Now, as the match progresses, the stats and graphics update automatically to give you the latest probability and information on a particular outcome. That in turn links in with the bookmaker’s live pricing.

“Already there are signs that it’s proving a very persuasive product for online sportsbooks, with punters recycling information over and over, and then placing a bet.”
