Mobile Satellite Communications Engineer SIS LIVE Engineering Osterley/Manchester
We are looking for a dedicated engineer to be involved in the deployment and operation of our mobile satellite uplink trucks covering live broadcast events. Working autonomously, you will need to respond quickly and confidently to whatever comes along, including repairs to video, audio, communications and RF systems, plus mechanical failures of satellite dishes, generators. You will have experience in ground station and/or mobile satellite units, strong customer service skills and knowledge of broadcast engineering. You must be able to cope under pressure and be prepared to work unsociable hours, sometimes at short notice. You will be expected to work overseas, including areas of conflict. You will also need a Class C1 driving license and you will spend a significant amount of time driving the mobile satellite trucks around the UK and beyond. It is essential applicants for this position live within a 45 minute commute from the base.

Data Operator Kingston Text Room Milton Keynes

The Data Department is responsible for collating betting information from racetracks around the world, which is then keyed into our in-house database before it is transmitted to the entire off-course industry.

You need not have previously worked within the industry as training will be provided. However you will need excellent keyboard skills and have good attention to detail and an interest in sports, especially horseracing.

For this role you will be required to work 160 hours over a 4 week period based on a rotating shift pattern which includes evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Broadcast Engineer Milton Keynes
We are now recruiting an experienced Broadcast Engineer to provide technical support to our Milton Keynes operations. Duties will include:

* Performing routine maintenance and repairs of broadcast equipment
* Providing technical support to Production and MCR colleagues
* Performing detailed fault analysis of long term issues and resolving these problems.

With experience in a similar role, you will hold a higher/further education qualification in Broadcast Engineering or have equivalent experience. The successful candidate will also possess the ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues at all levels.

Hours will vary as you will be working shifts which include evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Customer Relations Administrator (North Region) Customer Relations Milton Keynes
You will be responsible for looking after all owners within the Northern Region with two or less sites. This will include managing contact frequency with each owner within the portfolio along with providing full administration support which will include contract management and sales order processing through to raising stock orders and coordinating dates with both customers and internal departments. Further to this, you will support the Regional Sales Manager for the area with all administration requirements and providing excellent customer service throughout.

This role requires a team player with good organisation, prioritising and planning skills. Able to work well under pressure and with a high level of accuracy, the successful candidate will need to be computer literate, with working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook as well as sound database management skills. Knowledge of CRM database and sales would be desirable.

Vision Mixers Programming London

We are looking for experienced & dynamic Vision Mixers for our London site.

You should have proven experience of Vision Mixing in busy live multi-feed galleries together with operational knowledge of GVG vision mixing desks. You will have excellent attention to detail and be a strong communicator. An interest in sports is a definite advantage.

Graphics Operator Programming London
You will ensure the quality, suitability, and accuracy of all graphic images and captions for our programmes on SIS and At The Races. With some experience in a similar position, particularly with the use of an Aston, you will also have strong keyboard skills along with excellent attention to detail. An interest in horseracing and other sports is desirable.

Technical Operator Programming London
SIS requires Technical Operators for our busy Production Department. You will be a good communicator, able to work in all broadcast technical areas and be prepared for a busy working environment. This is the perfect job for somebody who has or wants good all round TV production experience at a technical level, needs to get in amongst the action and enjoys a challenge. EVS, Digibeta, Kayak, Aston, Pixel Power, Soundcraft, Amek are names you should be familiar with, as well as having a good understanding of line-up procedures and a passion for detail and accuracy.
