The SIS Help Desk provides effective service and support cover for the Licensed Bookmaker throughout the normal operational hours of the industry - typically during the summer between 09.00 and 21.00 and in winter between 09.00 and 17.30. Our service desk agents are fully trained diagnostic professionals and will always endeavor to rectify difficulties remotely by working through a well constructed fault diagnostic process. Should this procedure fail to remedy the problem then the agent will arrange for an engineer to attend the site and make the necessary repairs. SIS Customer Service personnel deliver prompt professional support to their customers always ensuring that SIS products and Services are available to drive the LBO business sector.
