At SIS we pride ourselves on our top class customer service. We’ll provide everything customers see and hear in your betting shop, from live visual, audio coverage to the data that goes with it. JASON GREGORY, one of SIS' dedicated team of engineers responsible for the smooth installation of our service and ongoing support, gives an insight into his job. When a bookmaker takes the SIS service, we’re the people who’ll come and install the equipment. If they move shops, we’ll oversee a smooth transfer. And if in the mean time, they experience problems with our feed, it’s also our job to put it right. So all in all, bookmakers see quite a bit of the SIS engineers along the way. For us, it’s certainly a varied job. I’ve got to know many of our customers well over the years – and I can say between them and the work, life’s certainly never dull! There are two main types of days for an SIS engineer. We’ll either be helping to set up a shop, or - on a service day - carrying out repairs...
