There is nothing virtual about the impact that betting on a product, which comprises sophisticated graphics driven by random number generators, has had on the bookmaking industry.  Virtual content is no longer a quirky and sometimes misunderstood add-on in a betting shop – for the majority of High Street operators it is a mainstay of their daily service. SIS provides content as part of its regular FACTS service, but just over two years ago it took the bold step of putting together a whole channel devoted to virtual sports and games. And, in a shifting landscape where punters look for more betting opportunities, increased interest outside of horse and dog racing, and good value, the Virtual Betting Channel (VBC) has earned its place in the services on offer.
